Mufti Abdullah Masum, CSAA is a leading Shariah scholar and Islamic finance expert from Bangladesh, with over 12 years of experience in teaching, research, and consultancy. He is the Vice Chairman of the Shariah Supervisory Board at Social Islami Bank PLC and Shariah Consultant at Bengal Islami Life Insurance Ltd. As the first Bangladeshi to earn the CSAA certification from AAOIFI, he brings deep expertise in Fiqh-ul Mu’amalat, Islamic banking, Takaful, and Sukuk. Dr. Mufti Yousuf Sultan is a seasoned expert in Islamic finance with 15+ years of experience in Shariah advisory, audit, consultancy, and training. He holds a PhD and MSc in Islamic Finance (INCEIF), CSAA (AAOIFI), CIFE (Ethica), and a Mufti degree in Islamic jurisprudence. He is a registered Shariah adviser with Malaysia’s SC and Labuan FSA, and serves on several Shariah committees including Standard Chartered Saadiq and BSEC. Dr. Yousuf is the Founder & CEO of Adl Advisory (Malaysia) and Co-Founder of IFA Consultancy (Bangladesh), both focused on Shariah-compliant finance and training. He speaks regularly at AAOIFI, World Bank, CIBAFI, and others. He is a member of AAOIFI working groups and ASAS, CIIF, and ICDM. A visiting lecturer at USIM, he co-authored work with Tan Sri Dr. Zeti and received the INCEIF President Award and BAFF Award in 2023 for his leadership in Islamic finance.
