Dr. Mufti Yousuf Sultan is a seasoned expert in Islamic finance with 15+ years of experience in Shariah advisory, audit, consultancy, and training. He holds a PhD and MSc in Islamic Finance (INCEIF), CSAA (AAOIFI), CIFE (Ethica), and a Mufti degree in Islamic jurisprudence. He is a registered Shariah adviser with Malaysia’s SC and Labuan FSA, and serves on several Shariah committees including Standard Chartered Saadiq and BSEC. Dr. Yousuf is the Founder & CEO of Adl Advisory (Malaysia) and Co-Founder of IFA Consultancy (Bangladesh), both focused on Shariah-compliant finance and training. He speaks regularly at AAOIFI, World Bank, CIBAFI, and others. He is a member of AAOIFI working groups and ASAS, CIIF, and ICDM.
