Islamic Inheritance Law Course ( IILC )
এই কোর্সে ইসলামী উত্তরাধিকার আইন (ফারায়েজ) সংক্রান্ত মৌলিক ধারণা, ধর্মীয় উৎস, এবং বাস্তব জীবনে তার প্রয়োগ বিষয়ে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করা হবে। কুরআন, হাদীস ও ইজমা’র ভিত্তিতে উত্তরাধিকারীদের অংশ নির্ধারণ, সম্পত্তি বণ্টনের নীতিমালা এবং নির্দিষ্ট শর্তসাপেক্ষে কারা উত্তরাধিকার পাবে বা পাবে না—তা সুস্পষ্টভাবে ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে।
কোর্সটিতে গণিতভিত্তিক হিসাব (ফারায়েজ ক্যালকুলেশন), সম্পর্কের গুরুত্ব, বঞ্চনার কারণ, এবং বিভিন্ন জীবনভিত্তিক সমস্যার বাস্তবসম্মত সমাধান উপস্থাপন করা হবে। শিক্ষার্থীরা উত্তরাধিকার আইনকে আধুনিক পারিবারিক ও সামাজিক প্রেক্ষাপটে প্রয়োগের সক্ষমতা অর্জন করবে।
এই কোর্স শরীয়াহ, ইসলামি আইন ও ফিকহ অধ্যয়নরত শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য বিশেষভাবে উপযোগী, যারা ইসলামি উত্তরাধিকার ব্যবস্থার মাধ্যমে ন্যায়ের প্রতিষ্ঠা এবং শরঈ বিধানের যথাযথ প্রয়োগে ভূমিকা রাখতে চায়।
